Empikalyze is currently in early access / pre-launch phase. During this period, services and features may evolve as we improve the product based on user feedback.
By accessing or using Empikalyze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Empikalyze is intended for business users only, including HR professionals, recruiters, and recruitment agencies.
The platform is not designed for or intended to be used by consumers for personal job search purposes.
Early access users do not have guaranteed final pricing. Pricing structures introduced post-launch may differ from early access expectations. We will communicate any pricing changes before they take effect.
Current pricing is ₹5 per resume processed. Full pricing details including duration-based discounts are available at empikalyze.in/#pricing.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Empikalyze only for lawful and legitimate recruitment purposes. The following activities are explicitly forbidden:
- Uploading illegal, harmful, defamatory, or non-consensual personal data
- Using resumes or candidate information without proper authorization from the candidate
- Attempting to reverse engineer, extract, or reproduce our AI models
- Scraping, automated bulk uploading, or abusing the platform in ways that degrade service for others
- Violating any applicable data protection or employment laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI Limitations Disclaimer
Empikalyze provides assistive insights to help recruiters make informed decisions.
Empikalyze does not guarantee hiring outcomes. AI suggestions are based on patterns in resume data and should be used as one input among many in your hiring process.
Final hiring decisions remain with you and are your responsibility alone. Empikalyze is not responsible for employment decisions made based on our platform's output.
5. Early Access & Discounts
Early access users who convert to paid subscriptions receive a 10% discount on their first purchase.
This discount is non-stackable — if a duration-based discount (applied by selecting a longer subscription commitment) exceeds 10%, the higher discount applies and the early access discount does not stack on top.
This discount applies only to the first purchase. Discount terms may change post-launch.
Early access users do not receive perpetual guarantees on pricing or features. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and plans as the product matures. Duration-based discounts (5% for 6 months, 8% for 12 months, 12% for 24 months) apply from the first purchase and are separate from the early access discount — the higher of the two applies, never both combined.
6. Service Availability
During early access, Empikalyze is provided "as-is" without uptime guarantees or service level agreements (SLAs).
Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, feature updates, or bug fixes. We strive to minimize disruptions but cannot guarantee continuous availability during early access.
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time as we improve the platform.
7. Liability Limitation
Empikalyze accepts no responsibility for hiring decisions made by users based on platform outputs. Our service is informational and assistive only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empikalyze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The English language version of these terms shall govern any interpretation, and any translations are provided for convenience only.
